She's good but I guess what keeps her from being great to my mind is a certain lack of ability to be detached. She lives the emotions herself in order to produce them. There's a more complex but to me artistically more fecund process where you conceive the emotion, then create a sound that creates the emotion, and then observe it unfold. When this is done well, the effect is not one of coldness but of greater profundity of expression...

But yes her voicing and control are really exemplary...
